Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sharemit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use currency exchange and remittance services in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must complete KYC verification to access swap, payout, and card features.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. Swaps & Payouts

• Sharemit converts a submitted transfer (from PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or a supported currency balance) into your chosen destination — a bank payout, your multicurrency wallet, or your Sharemit card — at a rate published in the app at the time of your request.
• Submitted swaps and payout requests are reviewed and approved by Sharemit admin before funds move; we may decline a request at our discretion, including on suspected fraud.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account and payment details you submit — Sharemit is not liable for funds sent to a payout destination you entered incorrectly.

4. Fees

Current fee schedules are displayed in the app. We reserve the right to modify fees with 7 days' notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Circumvent KYC/AML requirements.
• Use automated bots or scripts without written permission.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Virtual Card

The Sharemit virtual card is issued subject to approval. Sharemit is not responsible for merchant acceptance or third-party payment processor decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharemit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds due to user error, exchange-rate movement, or third-party failures.

8. Disclaimers

Currency exchange rates fluctuate and involve inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to completion of any pending requests.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
